  Yes. The Stallion Estate has a private pool and a spa, plus a lazy river. The pool and spa can be heated. Heating is an add-on in the cooler months, so text us with your dates for the rate.

  Yes. The Stallion Estate welcomes up to 3 pets, with a $300 fee per pet. Let us know you are bringing one when you book so the fee is on the quote and the house is ready.

• How far is The Stallion Estate from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds?

  The Stallion Estate is in Indio, about a mile from the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella and Stagecoach are held, close enough to walk or take a short ride. Palm Springs International Airport is roughly 25 miles away. Festival weekends book out early and carry a longer minimum stay, so pick your dates in the calendar above to see what is open.

• Can we host a wedding or an event at The Stallion Estate?

  Yes, with approval. The Stallion Estate can host events of up to 500 people under a separate event agreement and permit, and event fees apply above 30 guests. Guests beyond the overnight cap need that approval too. Start on our Events page or text us with the date and headcount.

• How many cars can park at The Stallion Estate?

  At The Stallion Estate, 15 cars in driveway; no street parking; off-site parking near-by. Additional parking for events, please inquire. There is an EV charger on site.

• What is there to do at The Stallion Estate without leaving the house?

  Plenty. The Stallion Estate has a lazy river, a bowling lane, a movie setup, a basketball court, a pool table, ping pong, a game console, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. The full amenity list is above, and the house rules cover quiet hours for the outdoor toys.

• Is The Stallion Estate set up for kids and babies?

  Yes. The Stallion Estate has a crib, a pack 'n play, a high chair, children's dinnerware and board games. Children count toward the overnight occupancy, so include them in your guest count.

• Is there a minimum stay at The Stallion Estate?

  It depends on the dates. The Stallion Estate runs shorter minimums in the off-season and longer ones over festival weekends and holidays. Pick a check-in date in the calendar above and it shows the minimum for that date.

• What are the house rules at The Stallion Estate?

  Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. Daytime music has to stay within the property, and the outdoor toys go quiet during quiet hours. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The booking guest must be at least 21, and ID verification plus a signed booking agreement come before check-in details are sent.
