House Rules
- No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property lines. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. Fines apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.

- 15 Cars, driveway parking only. Additional parking for events, please inquire.
- Events with up to 350 people require prior contractual approval, a separate event agreement, and a permit. Event fees are required for events with more than 30 people.
- No smoking allowed on the premises
- Must be 21 years old to book
- The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required.

- Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
- Maximum overnight occupancy: 23 guests, including children. Event occupancy is subject to the separate event approval requirements.
- A Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, city fines/violations, and/or HOA fines/violations
