Lazy River Oasis is a 5,100 sqft gated private property in the heart of Bermuda Dunes, California 10 minutes from the world famous Empire Polo Field which hosts Coachella & Stagecoach Festivals. Float down a unique private Lazy River in the desert, relax in the main pool at the lazy river entrance, hang out inside the Grotto Cave which has a TV inside!

House Rules
- No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. Credit Card will need to be placed on file upon arrival for any fines or damage.

- 9 cars in driveway; no street parking
- Events with up to 150 people require prior contractual approval, a separate event agreement, and a permit. Event fees apply.

- The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required.

“Absolutely fantastic place.. exactly like the pictures show. We had 3 generations and everyone enjoyed the amenities. Only suggestion, if you are there in the summer, make sure to have water shoes or flip flops that you can wear around the pool, because the cement gets very hot.”
