  The Hideaway sleeps 20 across 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Overnight occupancy is capped at 20 guests, children included.

• What time is check-in and check-out at The Hideaway?

  Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Entry is keyless: your door code arrives by text before arrival, so there is no key pickup. Need an earlier arrival or a later departure? Text us and we will check the cleaning schedule for your dates.

• Does The Hideaway have a pool and spa, and can they be heated?

  Yes. The Hideaway has a private pool and a spa. The pool and spa can be heated. Heating is an add-on in the cooler months, so text us with your dates for the rate.

• Is The Hideaway pet friendly?

  Yes. The Hideaway welcomes up to 2 pets, with a $300 fee per pet. Let us know you are bringing one when you book so the fee is on the quote and the house is ready.

• How far is The Hideaway from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds?

  The Hideaway is in Bermuda Dunes, about 8 miles from the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella and Stagecoach are held. Palm Springs International Airport is roughly 20 miles away. Festival weekends book out early and carry a longer minimum stay, so pick your dates in the calendar above to see what is open.

• Can we host a wedding or an event at The Hideaway?

  Yes, with approval. The Hideaway can host events of up to 150 people under a separate event agreement and permit. Guests beyond the overnight cap need that approval too. Start on our Events page or text us with the date and headcount.

• How many cars can park at The Hideaway?

  At The Hideaway, 10 cars in driveway; no street parking. Additional parking for events, please inquire. There is an EV charger on site.

• What is there to do at The Hideaway without leaving the house?

  Plenty. The Hideaway has a movie setup, a basketball court, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. The full amenity list is above, and the house rules cover quiet hours for the outdoor toys.

• Is The Hideaway set up for kids and babies?

  Yes. The Hideaway has a pack 'n play and a high chair. Children count toward the overnight occupancy, so include them in your guest count.

• Is there a minimum stay at The Hideaway?

  It depends on the dates. The Hideaway runs shorter minimums in the off-season and longer ones over festival weekends and holidays. Pick a check-in date in the calendar above and it shows the minimum for that date.

• What are the house rules at The Hideaway?

  Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. Daytime music has to stay within the property, and the outdoor toys go quiet during quiet hours. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The booking guest must be at least 21, and ID verification plus a signed booking agreement come before check-in details are sent. Outside vendors and deliveries need our approval in advance. The full list is under House rules above.
