Daytime music must stay within the property. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. - Parking for up to 10 vehicles in the driveway. On-site RV parking is available. No street parking. - Events with up to 100 people require prior contractual approval, a separate event agreement, and a permit. Event fees apply. - No smoking on the premises. - Maximum 2 pets. Pet fee: $300 per pet. - The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. - The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required. - A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals and city or HOA fines and violations. - Outside vendors must be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes in advance. - Deliveries require prior approval from Luxury Desert Escapes. - Respect the home and report any damage.
