Welcome to The Mod – bust a move at this imaginative Palm Springs retreat! This boutique hotel boasts 8 beautifully MOD-styled designer rooms, five rooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and our solo suite fitted with a dinette and full sized bed. All of this, ensuring private, functional and fun experiences for all in your group.

For a truly intimate night out, our outdoor dining area beckons, seating up to 12 people in a setting that's both stylish and serene. The 7th bedroom can also be used as the community room. There is a very comfortable Murphy bed that can be folded away in seconds.

3. Booking agreement must be acknowledged

5. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by APEK Rentals for insurance purposes. We have our own approved vendor lists available, please enquire how we might assist in your next special event. 

6. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals and city fines/violations

**Verification and contracts are submitted on a alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation** **Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance Recommendation We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. 

To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place: 

• 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. 

• 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in. 

• No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. 

Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. 

Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. 

If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
