House Rules:
1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. Please carpool as much as possible due to no street parking.
4. No parties or events are allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged
8. ID Verification Check
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 18 guests during both the day and night.
11. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, city fines/violations, and/or HOA fines/violations
12. No deliveries to the home without prior approval as we may not have access to a postal box
