House Rules
- No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. Fines apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
- Respect the house and report all damages
- 3 cars in driveway; no horizontal/diagonal parking; no overnight street parking after 10 pm. No RVs, camper vans, trailers, boats or oversized vehicles in HOA community. Off-site parking available. Please inquire.
- No parties or events are allowed
- No smoking allowed on the premises
- Must be 21 years old to book
- The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required.
- ID Verification Check. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
