• How many guests can stay at The Montage?

  The Montage sleeps 16 across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Overnight occupancy is capped at 16 guests, children included, and daytime occupancy at 16. It is a single-level home, so no stairs.

• What time is check-in and check-out at The Montage?

  Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Entry is keyless: your door code arrives by text before arrival, so there is no key pickup. Need an earlier arrival or a later departure? Text us and we will check the cleaning schedule for your dates.

• Does The Montage have a pool and spa, and can they be heated?

  Yes. The Montage has a private pool and a spa. Ask us about pool heating for your dates; it matters from November through March.

• Is The Montage pet friendly?

  Yes. The Montage welcomes up to 2 pets, with a $300 fee per pet. Let us know you are bringing one when you book so the fee is on the quote and the house is ready.

• How far is The Montage from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds?

  The Montage is in Indio, about 2 miles from the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella and Stagecoach are held, close enough to walk or take a short ride. Palm Springs International Airport is roughly 25 miles away. Festival weekends book out early and carry a longer minimum stay, so pick your dates in the calendar above to see what is open.

• Can we host a wedding or an event at The Montage?

  No. The Montage is booked for overnight stays only; parties and events are not allowed, and daytime visitors count toward the 16-guest cap. For a house that is approved for weddings and events, see our Events page.

• How many cars can park at The Montage?

  At The Montage, 4 cars: 2 garage + 2 driveway; no overnight street parking past 10pm or horizontal parking at all hours. No RVs, camper vans, trailers, boats or oversized vehicles in HOA community.

• What is there to do at The Montage without leaving the house?

  Plenty. The Montage has bocce, foosball, a pool table, ping pong, a fire pit and a BBQ grill. The full amenity list is above, and the house rules cover quiet hours for the outdoor toys.

• Is The Montage set up for kids and babies?

  Yes. The Montage has a pack 'n play, a high chair and children's dinnerware. Children count toward the overnight occupancy, so include them in your guest count.

• Is there a minimum stay at The Montage?

  It depends on the dates. The Montage runs shorter minimums in the off-season and longer ones over festival weekends and holidays. Pick a check-in date in the calendar above and it shows the minimum for that date.

• What are the house rules at The Montage?

  Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. Daytime music has to stay within the property, and the outdoor toys go quiet during quiet hours. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The booking guest must be at least 21, and ID verification plus a signed booking agreement come before check-in details are sent. Outside vendors and deliveries need our approval in advance. The full list is under House rules above.
