  Casa Solara sleeps 16 across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Overnight occupancy is capped at 16 guests, children included, and daytime occupancy at 20. It is a single-level home, so no stairs.

• What time is check-in and check-out at Casa Solara?

  Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Entry is keyless: your door code arrives by text before arrival, so there is no key pickup. Need an earlier arrival or a later departure? Text us and we will check the cleaning schedule for your dates.

• Does Casa Solara have a pool and spa, and can they be heated?

  Yes. Casa Solara has a private pool and a spa. Ask us about pool heating for your dates; it matters from November through March.

• Is Casa Solara pet friendly?

  Yes. Casa Solara welcomes up to 2 pets, with a $300 fee per pet. Let us know you are bringing one when you book so the fee is on the quote and the house is ready.

• How far is Casa Solara from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds?

  Casa Solara is in Indio, about 2 miles from the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella and Stagecoach are held, close enough to walk or take a short ride. Palm Springs International Airport is roughly 25 miles away. Festival weekends book out early and carry a longer minimum stay, so pick your dates in the calendar above to see what is open.

• Can we host a wedding or an event at Casa Solara?

  No. Casa Solara is booked for overnight stays only; parties and events are not allowed, and daytime visitors count toward the 20-guest cap. For a house that is approved for weddings and events, see our Events page.

• How many cars can park at Casa Solara?

  At Casa Solara, parking for up to 4 cars: 3 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. No horizontal or diagonal parking, and no overnight street parking after 10 PM. No RVs, camper vans, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles in the HOA community. Off-site parking is available; please inquire. There is an EV charger on site.

• What is there to do at Casa Solara without leaving the house?

  Plenty. Casa Solara has a pool table, ping pong, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. The full amenity list is above, and the house rules cover quiet hours for the outdoor toys.

• Is Casa Solara set up for kids and babies?

  Yes. Casa Solara has a pack 'n play, a high chair and board games. Children count toward the overnight occupancy, so include them in your guest count.

• Is there a minimum stay at Casa Solara?

  It depends on the dates. Casa Solara runs shorter minimums in the off-season and longer ones over festival weekends and holidays. Pick a check-in date in the calendar above and it shows the minimum for that date.

• What are the house rules at Casa Solara?

  Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. Daytime music has to stay within the property, and the outdoor toys go quiet during quiet hours. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The booking guest must be at least 21, and ID verification plus a signed booking agreement come before check-in details are sent.
