House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. No horizontal parking. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. House can hold up to 6 cars.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged
8. ID Verification Check
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 14 guests during both the day and night.

Property team was great, met us on time, showed us all the features, came and checked on us the next day, even delivered a replacement tv remote. Home was perfectly clean. Kids loved all the outdoor entertainment. Wish the fridge was a bit bigger, and the ice maker worked better. Two of the outdoor umbrellas were broken, likely from the wind. Overall a very outstanding property and everyone in our group had a blast. Would recommend this home, and their great management team without reservation.

We rented this house to accommodate our 3 married children and 7 grandchildren while in Palm Desert to celebrate my Mom's 100th birthday! She was able to come to the house to see all the kids and was very comfortable sitting outside watching them swim and enjoy all the incredible games on the grounds. The house was clean and spacious. It was a visit we will always remember. David was responsive and attentive to all my questions and needs when anything came up. We hope to return next year for 101!
