Wandery Ranch is a 9 Bedroom 9.5 bath property with a newly constructed 2,100 sf Guesthouse consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a 1,000 sf great room with 24 ft high cathedral ceilings and a fully-equipped  gourmet kitchen.  The Guesthouse is adjacent to a 10,000 sf grass lawn, which features a large section of Tuscan pavers under mature shade trees and market lights to accommodate open air events.  The estate grounds also include a large saltwater spa and pool with a waterfall grotto and swim-up bar, complete with misters and fog features at the pool and the poolside cabana with wood burning fireplace.  The pool area is surrounded by 8,000 sf of Tuscan pavers outfitted with a large lounge and fire feature and an outdoor kitchen with a 2-burner cook top and both gas grill and separate Kamado style charcoal grill and smoker.    

The estate can accommodate onsite parking for more than 30 cars.  The Guesthouse and grounds are regularly available for private events.

★House Rules★ 
1. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 10 PM to 8 AM.
2. Respect the house and report all damages 
3. No street parking only parking in the driveway or garage.
4. No parties or events are allowed without permission and permit 
5. No smoking allowed on the premises 
6. Must be 21 years old to book 
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged 
8. ID Verification Check 
9. No Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Stay Wandery for insurance purposes 
10. Max guest count: 20 guests during the day and night. 
11.ID, Selfie, Guest list and Vehicle list is required by the city of Indio

♦ By the house rules, any guests exceeding the maximum limit of 20 occupants will incur a charge of $100 per person when staying overnight. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests. ♦
